Biomass Boilers
Biomass heating systems
A biomass boiler is an alternative, renewable energy solution to a traditional boiler. Biomass boilers are used in residential properties, but can also heat smaller commercial properties too.
There are three main types of domestic Biomass Boilers to heat your home or business;
-
Log Biomass Boilers
-
Wood Pellet Biomass boilers
-
Wood Pellet Biomass Stove Boilers
Biomass Boiler Servicing and Installation
Biomass boilers require manual loading and a weekly clean. Although this takes a few minutes each week, there are many positives. With relatively low capital investment, you should easily repay capital spending and often double the returns with these boilers.
Biomass boiler systems for homes generally do not require further work on the existing heating system. They have a high-temperature output, meaning most radiator systems are more than adequate, so the installation time for a biomass solution is greatly reduced.
Biomass Fuels
Biomass fuels are a low-density fuel that is made up as a result of burning any material that is natural and renewable. Common biomass fuels are wood, food waste, agricultural and animal waste, but there are other sources too.
Heat, electricity and fuel can all be produced from biomass fuels. Biomass wood pellets are used to generate energy from biomass boilers
